After an Update of SmartDefense, in some situations the rulebase will not
install. The message given is Installation failed: No memory |
| Workaround/Fix: |
The reason for this message is an update of SmartDefense. If the HTTP Worm Catcher has more than seven entries, the installation of the rulebase might fail. Then you should reduce the number of known worms by configuring the HTTP Worm Catcher manually by editing Policy > SmartDefense > HTTP > General HTTP Worm Catcher. Fixed in Hotfix 2 for Feature Pack 3. |
